Yes—but only if your return can be completed accurately. If your income is from 1099s, Social Security, retirement, or other non-W-2 sources and you have all documents, you may file earlier.
If you had W-2 wages, we must have your official W-2 before filing. Filing with estimates or paystubs often causes delays or amended returns.
Employers must furnish W-2s by January 31. Mailing by that date counts.
Refund advances require a completed and e-filed tax return, a qualifying refund amount, and bank approval. Eligibility depends on documentation and underwriting.
Under the PATH Act, refunds claiming these credits cannot be issued before mid-February.
